- 5 capability bands: Basic, Developing, Solid, Expert, Distinctive.
- A pay signal anchored in ReLoop's own calibrated salary tables (net EUR/month, by role family and geography), framed against the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EU 2023/970), with a two-anchor model (likely offer / recommended ask).

## What a general AI can and cannot reproduce
