Terms of Service
Terms for using ReLoop.me.
01Who we are
ReLoop.me is a capability intelligence platform for nonlinear careers and skills-based hiring. It is operated by ZORRI S.R.L., a company registered in Bucharest, Romania (EU), whose administrator is Ligia Gheba (Adam), founder of ReLoop.me. Full trader, registration, and contact details are set out in our Legal Notice.
You can reach us at hello@reloop.me. By using reloop.me or purchasing a report, you agree to these terms.
02Who can use ReLoop.me
ReLoop.me is offered to professionals and hiring teams located in the European Union and EEA. Our pay signals and market context are calibrated to the EU, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive. We do not currently target customers outside the EU / EEA, and the service may be less relevant there.
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and ordering for lawful, personal, or professional purposes.
Profile Intel is candidate-led. Using it to assess someone else is prohibited.
Profile Intel is licensed for one purpose only: reading your own professional record. You may order it as an individual, or through your own company or PFA — that changes who pays the invoice, not what the report is for.
You may not use Profile Intel, or any report generated by it, to assess, evaluate, screen, compare, rank, or make an employment decision about another person — whether an applicant, an employee, or a candidate in any hiring process. Doing so is a breach of these terms and terminates your licence to use the report.
This is not a formality. Under the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), a system used to evaluate candidates is a high-risk AI system. Profile Intel is not built, sold, or intended for that purpose. Anyone who repurposes it for candidate assessment substantially modifies its intended purpose and, under Article 25, may themselves become the provider of a high-risk AI system, with the obligations that follow. That liability sits with them, not with ZORRI S.R.L.
03What we provide
ReLoop.me provides structured analytical reports generated from text you submit:
- Profile Intel — reads how a CV, LinkedIn profile, or professional history signals to the market: archetype, capability map, professional signal, transferability, and claim calibration.
- Role Intel — reads what a job description actually demands: scope, seniority, genuine requirements vs. wishlist language, inflation, and a calibrated pay signal.
- Role × Profile Intel — compares a role and a profile directly. In development and may be limited or unavailable during beta.
Reports are analytical outputs built to support your decisions, not to replace them. ReLoop.me reads the document, not the person: it does not screen, rank, or score candidates on anyone's behalf. ReLoop.me reports are not:
- professional career, recruitment, or coaching advice;
- legal, financial, or employment-law advice;
- a recruitment service, placement, or guarantee of any outcome;
- a definitive assessment of your employability or of any candidate.
04Public beta
ReLoop.me is in public beta. Features, report structures, products, and pricing may change, and outputs may occasionally be incomplete or imperfect, particularly where submitted material is unclear. We welcome feedback at hello@reloop.me.
05Placing an order, prices & payment
Orders are placed through the Stripe checkout on reloop.me. Prices are shown in euro and are final: Profile Intel €19, Role Intel €7, each a one-time payment. ZORRI S.R.L. is registered under the Romanian small-enterprise regime (art. 310 Cod fiscal) and is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added at checkout. An invoice is issued for every order.
After payment you receive a submission link; your report is generated once we receive your completed submission. By completing payment and submitting your material, you request that we begin generating your report immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period (see section 12).
06Delivery
Reports are delivered by email with a private report link, normally within 24 hours of receiving your completed submission — often faster. Delivery may take longer where submitted material is incomplete, unreadable, or mismatched. A compact report is a responsible read of limited material, not a failed report.
07What you submit
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of what you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. Please do not submit third-party personal data (for example, a colleague's CV without their knowledge), and do not submit content you do not have the right to share.
Please also avoid submitting sensitive or special-category data about yourself (such as health, disability, trade-union membership, or religion). We don't ask for it and don't need it. If such data appears in your material, it is processed only to generate your report, and deleted with the rest of it. See our Privacy Policy.
Role Intel — published ad or internal draft?
When you order Role Intel, you must tell us whether the job description is already published or an internal draft. This matters: an internal draft may be confidential to the employer, so a report on an internal draft can never be made searchable — that option is switched off for you automatically. Declaring a draft as published, when it isn't, is a breach of these terms and the responsibility sits with you.
08Your report: private by default, searchable by your choice
Your report is yours to use for personal or professional purposes. Every report is delivered at a private, randomised, unindexed link. It carries a no-index instruction, it is not listed anywhere, and it is visible to others only if you share the link — for example, with a hiring team or on LinkedIn. We encourage sharing where it's useful.
Separately, you may opt in to search visibility for an individual report. If you do, that report becomes indexable by search engines and AI assistants, and can be found by people you never sent it to. This is off unless you switch it on, per report, and you can switch it off again at any time.
Before you share, and before you index
A report is a candid analytical read, including signals such as claim calibration or inflation. Sharing a link makes the report viewable by anyone who has it. Opting into search visibility goes further: it makes the report findable without you sending it to anyone. Read your report before you do either.
Each report link stays live for up to 3 months from delivery, after which it may be retired. You can ask us to remove it sooner at any time (section 10).
09What a report never contains
Whether private or searchable, every ReLoop.me report is generated under the same rules. A report does not contain:
- the employer's name. Role Intel describes the employer only in general terms — sector, size, and city — never by name, brand, or a uniquely identifying detail;
- the job description reproduced verbatim. We analyse and paraphrase; we do not republish someone else's text. Any quotation is short, marked, and used only to support a specific finding;
- third-party contact data — recruiter or hiring-manager names, emails, or phone numbers are removed from the read.
Every finding in a report — including a negative one, such as an inflation flag — is stated together with the evidence it rests on. A report is an analytical opinion on disclosed criteria, not an assertion of fact about any employer or any person.
10Removal & takedown
You can ask us to remove your report at any time by emailing hello@reloop.me with the report link. We aim to action removal requests within 48 hours.
If you are not the customer — for example, you are an employer who believes a searchable report analyses your job description and something in it is inaccurate, identifying, or should not be public — write to the same address. We will review it, and we will take the report out of search or remove it entirely while we do. We would rather over-correct than argue.
Removing a report does not affect records we must keep by law (for example, invoices — see Privacy Policy).
11Refunds
We will refund or re-deliver your report if:
- it was not delivered within 24 hours of your completed submission;
- it arrived with a technical error that made it unreadable or incomplete;
- the analysis clearly failed to run (for example, returned blank sections).
Refunds are not available simply because the analytical conclusions differ from what you hoped to read — a report is an objective read of the input you provide, and we cannot adjust its findings to preference. If you are unsure, review the sample reads before ordering. Refund requests should be made within 14 days of delivery to hello@reloop.me with your order details. Full detail is in Delivery & Refunds.
12EU consumer withdrawal right
If you are an EU / EEA consumer, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian law.
Digital service — please read
A ReLoop.me report is a digital service generated on request. By asking us to begin immediately and submitting your material, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the report has been fully generated and delivered. Until delivery, you may still withdraw. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as an EU consumer.
13Intellectual property
The report we deliver is for your personal or professional use. You may share the report link, include it in applications, or use it in professional contexts. You may not resell, republish, scrape, commercially redistribute, or reverse-engineer ReLoop.me reports without written permission.
The ReLoop.me name, brand, methodology, report structures, taxonomy, and product logic are intellectual property of ReLoop.me and its founder, made available to ZORRI S.R.L. to operate reloop.me. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to reproduce or adapt them.
14Limitation of liability
ReLoop.me reports are analytical tools. We make reasonable efforts to ensure quality, but we cannot guarantee any specific outcome — including securing employment, a salary increase, or an improved negotiating position. To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
15Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent Romanian courts, except where EU consumer law entitles you to protection and proceedings in your country of residence. Consumers may also use the out-of-court routes described in our Legal Notice (ANPC and SAL).
16Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. Material changes are noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
