Who we are

ReLoop is a career intelligence service operated by:

By using reloop.me, purchasing a report, or submitting material through a ReLoop form, you agree to these Terms.

What ReLoop provides

ReLoop provides digital analytical reports generated from material submitted by the user.

• Profile Intel analyzes a CV, LinkedIn/profile text, or professional background material.
• Role Intel analyzes a job description or role description.
• Profile × Role Fit compares a profile with a role. During beta, this product may be limited, manual, or available by request only.

Reports are intended to support decision-making. They are not a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, financial advice, recruitment advice, career coaching, or employment law advice.

What ReLoop does not provide

ReLoop does not guarantee:

• job interviews, job offers, or hiring decisions;
• salary increases or successful salary negotiations;
• promotion outcomes or career outcomes;
• recruitment placement or employer introductions;
• perfect accuracy when submitted material is incomplete, outdated, vague, or incorrect.

Placing an order

Orders are placed through payment links or checkout flows made available on reloop.me. Payment may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider.

By completing payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the AI Policy, and any product-specific information shown before purchase.

After payment, you may be asked to submit the material required for the selected product. ReLoop cannot generate a report until the required material is received.

Prices, VAT, and invoicing

Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. VAT treatment is applied in accordance with applicable Romanian and EU law. Where applicable, VAT is included or calculated during checkout.

A fiscal invoice may be requested for any purchase. To request an invoice, email hello@reloop.me with your full name or company name, billing address, CUI/CIF if applicable, and payment receipt reference.

Delivery

Most reports are delivered by email with a private report link. During beta, delivery usually takes 24–48 hours after both payment and required material have been received.

Delivery may be delayed if the submitted material is incomplete, unreadable, mismatched, or technically difficult to process.

What you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the material you submit.

Do not submit confidential business information, third-party personal data, or content you do not have the right to share.

By submitting material, you confirm that:

• you own it or have the right to submit it for this purpose;
• the submitted CV, profile, or job description is suitable for the product purchased;
• you are not submitting another person’s personal data without their knowledge and consent;
• you understand that incomplete or unclear material may lead to a compact report, failed generation, or lower-confidence analysis.

Wrong, incomplete, or unusable submissions

If you submit the wrong file, an incomplete CV, a job link without the actual job description text, or material that does not match the selected product, ReLoop may not be able to generate a full report.

Depending on the case, ReLoop may generate a compact report, request corrected material, allow a retry, or fail the report generation.

Submitting the same incomplete or unsuitable material again may lead to the same result and may not qualify for additional retries.

Compact reports

A compact report may be generated when the submitted material is valid but does not contain enough evidence or structure for a full report.

Compact mode is not a failed report. It means ReLoop produced the safest responsible version based on available material and avoided over-interpreting weak input.

Refunds and retries

Refund eligibility depends on processing status, delivery status, and the reason a report could not be generated or delivered.

You may be eligible for a refund, retry, or delayed delivery if:

• you paid but did not submit the required material and processing has not started;
• ReLoop cannot generate any report from the submitted material;
• there was a clear technical error on ReLoop’s side;
• you were charged twice for the same product.

Refund or retry requests should be sent to hello@reloop.me with your order details, checkout email, product purchased, and report ID if available.

EU consumer rights and withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal within 14 days for distance contracts, subject to applicable exceptions under EU and Romanian consumer law.

Because ReLoop reports are digital services generated after you submit material, delivery may begin before the end of the withdrawal period only where you request or consent to immediate performance, where required by law.

Where applicable, by requesting immediate processing and delivery of a digital report, you acknowledge that performance may begin before the end of the withdrawal period and that the right of withdrawal may be lost once the service has been fully performed and the report has been delivered.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

AI-assisted processing

ReLoop reports are generated using AI-assisted workflows and structured review logic. The system may analyze submitted material, extract patterns, generate report sections, and apply quality checks.

AI-assisted outputs can contain errors, omissions, or imperfect interpretations, especially when submitted material is incomplete or unclear. Users should treat reports as analytical support, not as final authority.

Privacy and data protection

ReLoop processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personally identifiable data from submitted material is used to generate and deliver the report and handle support, payment, legal, and operational obligations.

Professional data may be anonymized and used for market analysis, product improvement, or aggregated insights, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data by contacting hello@reloop.me. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.

Intellectual property

The reports we deliver are for your personal or professional use. You may share your report link in relevant professional contexts, such as with hiring teams, advisors, recruiters, or collaborators.

You may not resell, republish, scrape, copy, commercially distribute, or reverse-engineer ReLoop reports, templates, prompts, frameworks, scoring logic, or methodology without written permission.

The ReLoop brand, methodology, structure, report formats, taxonomy, and product logic are the intellectual property of RÂDEM GLUMIM S.R.L. or its licensors.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use ReLoop to:

• submit personal data about another person without proper authorization;
• generate reports based on stolen, confidential, or unlawfully obtained material;
• use outputs for discriminatory, unlawful, or automated employment decisions;
• misrepresent ReLoop reports as official hiring, legal, financial, or regulatory advice;
• attempt to copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer ReLoop’s methodology or system.

Use by employers or hiring teams

ReLoop reports may support role clarity, profile interpretation, and hiring calibration. They should not be used as the sole basis for hiring, rejection, promotion, compensation, or employment decisions.

Employers and hiring teams remain responsible for complying with employment law, anti-discrimination law, data protection rules, and any applicable workplace or recruitment obligations.

Beta services

Some ReLoop products, reports, or flows may be in beta. Beta services may change, be limited, take longer to deliver, or include manual review steps.

During beta, ReLoop may update product names, report structures, pricing, delivery flows, or support processes. The version shown at checkout applies to your order.

Third-party services

ReLoop may use third-party services for payment processing, form submission, hosting, automation, email delivery, analytics, and report delivery. These providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Current or potential providers may include payment processors, form tools, hosting platforms, automation tools, email providers, and analytics tools.

Limitations of liability

ReLoop makes reasonable efforts to generate useful, structured, and evidence-based reports. However, we cannot guarantee that any report will be complete, error-free, or suitable for every individual, role, market, or hiring context.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReLoop’s total liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount paid for the report in question.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

Disputes will be resolved through the competent Romanian courts, except where applicable EU consumer law provides for another mandatory forum.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms as ReLoop products and services evolve. The current version applies to new orders. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
