These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Website and the purchase of ReLoop digital products. By using the Website or placing an order, the user agrees to these Terms.
1. Contracting party and scope
The contracting party is RÂDEM GLUMIM S.R.L. (“ReLoop”, “we”, “us”).
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers purchasing products through the Website.
The Website is launched in English. A Romanian-language legal version may also be made available. Where mandatory Romanian law requires it, the Romanian version may prevail.
2. Eligibility
The services are intended for persons who have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting materials, making payments, or contacting ReLoop.
3. Products
At launch, ReLoop offers three separate paid products:
CIA / Professional Roadmap
A digital candidate profile analysis report generated from user-submitted materials, including a structured Professional Roadmap.RIA / Role Intelligence Analysis
A digital role analysis report based on a job description or role brief, including role decoding and fit-related observations.Bundle / Candidate and Role Report
A combined digital deliverable that includes both candidate-side and role-side analysis and a candidate-role comparison layer.All products are digital services and/or digital content delivered electronically by email and/or secure link.
Product descriptions on the Website form part of the pre-contractual information. Minor, non-material updates to layout, wording, or presentation may occur.
4. Order process and contract formation
The customer selects a product, submits the requested materials, completes payment through Stripe, and receives order confirmation.
A contract is formed when ReLoop accepts the order and confirms payment or begins processing the order.
ReLoop reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where the submitted materials are unlawful, technically unusable, clearly incomplete for the requested purpose, or where fraud, abuse, or payment issues are reasonably suspected.
5. Price and VAT
All prices displayed on the Website are in the stated currency and include VAT where applicable.
The customer is responsible for any bank, card, foreign exchange, or payment-provider fees charged by their own payment method.
6. Delivery
Delivery is digital only and normally takes between approximately 3 minutes and 24 hours from successful payment and submission of the required materials.
Delivery may occur sooner or later depending on workload, technical uptime, email deliverability, or the quality and completeness of the submitted materials.
If ReLoop cannot process the order due to missing or corrupted source materials, we may request clarification or invite the customer to resubmit the materials.
7. Customer materials and user responsibility
The customer remains responsible for the legality, accuracy, completeness, and relevance of all materials submitted, including CVs, LinkedIn URLs, job descriptions, and free-text explanations.
The quality, usefulness, and specificity of the output depend materially on the quality and completeness of the inputs provided by the customer.
ReLoop is not responsible for weak, outdated, contradictory, misleading, or insufficient source materials supplied by the customer.
8. Refunds, reruns, and service remedies
Because ReLoop products are digital and personalised or generated immediately after purchase, refunds are limited.
A full refund may be granted where processing has not yet started, where duplicate payment occurred, or where ReLoop cannot deliver the product at all.
If processing has started but the final deliverable has not yet been issued, ReLoop may deduct a reasonable processing fee. At launch, this fee may be up to EUR 5 per order, depending on actual processing costs.
After the final deliverable has been issued, refunds are generally not available except in cases of verified technical failure, duplicate charge, inaccessible deliverable, material delivery defect, or where mandatory law provides otherwise.
As a customer-friendly remedy, ReLoop may, at its discretion, offer one rerun or one resubmission opportunity where the initial customer materials were too limited, incomplete, or unsuitable for a reliable output.
Dissatisfaction with the substance, style, or conclusions of an analysis does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund.
9. Withdrawal rights
Where the customer is a consumer, statutory withdrawal rights apply only to the extent required by mandatory law.
If the customer expressly requests immediate performance of the digital service or immediate supply of digital content and acknowledges the consequences for withdrawal rights, the right of withdrawal may be lost or limited once performance has started or has been completed, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intellectual property
The customer retains ownership of the materials they upload.
The customer grants ReLoop a limited, non-exclusive license to use submitted materials strictly for operating, delivering, improving, and supporting the purchased service, subject to the consents and settings chosen by the customer.
ReLoop and its licensors retain all rights in the Website, brand assets, product structure, report templates, taxonomies, prompts, scoring logic, workflows, methodology, visual presentation, and all underlying service materials, except for user-owned content.
The customer may use the delivered report for personal career use and for their own professional purposes, including applications, interviews, and personal decision support.
The customer may not resell, white-label, sublicense, systematically reproduce, publish as their own methodology, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit ReLoop’s methodology or deliverable structure.
11. Prohibited use
Users may not use the Website or services for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, discriminatory, abusive, or misleading purposes.
Users may not upload content they do not have the right to provide.
Users may not test, scrape, copy, or automate access to the services in a way that interferes with operations or extracts proprietary logic.
12. Availability and changes
ReLoop may modify, suspend, or update any part of the Website or products for operational, legal, security, or product-improvement reasons.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
13. Limitation of liability
ReLoop provides analytical and informational outputs. The services do not guarantee employment, interviews, offers, hiring outcomes, salary outcomes, or perfect fit with any role.
The services are not legal advice, regulated recruitment advice, financial advice, medical advice, mental health advice, or any form of professional certification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or loss-of-chance damages arising from Website use, delayed delivery, user decisions, third-party platform failures, or the use of incomplete user materials.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Complaints and governing law
Complaints may be sent to hello@reloop.me. ReLoop aims to respond within a reasonable time.
These Terms are governed by Romanian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections applicable in the consumer’s country of residence where required by law.
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Romania unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

DELIVERY
ReLoop sells paid digital products delivered electronically, to the e-mail address included in the form submitted for analysis.
Delivery usually takes between approximately 3 minutes and 24 hours after successful order submission.
LIMITATIONSThe service depends on customer-provided materials. Poor, missing, or contradictory inputs may reduce output quality or make delivery impossible without resubmission.
Where the customer is a consumer, statutory rights under mandatory law apply.Where immediate digital performance begins at the customer’s request, withdrawal rights may be lost or limited to the extent permitted by law.
