Delivery, retries & refunds.

The short version: reports arrive by email within 24 hours of your completed submission. If something genuinely fails on our side — non-delivery, a broken report, or a blank run — we refund or re-deliver. We don't refund simply because you disagree with what the read found.

01Delivery windows

Your report is delivered by email with a private report link, normally within 24 hours of receiving your completed submission — often faster. Delivery starts only once both payment and the required material have been received.

02What can delay delivery

Delivery may take longer where submitted material is incomplete, unreadable, mismatched (for example, a CV sent where a job description was expected), or technically difficult to process. If we need something from you, we'll reach out at the email used at checkout.

03Compact reports

A compact report is not a failed report

When the material is thin or hard to verify, ReLoop returns the safest responsible read of what's actually there, rather than inventing signal. That's a compact report — a complete delivery, not an error, and not on its own grounds for a refund.

04Failed reports & retries

Where a report could not be generated correctly, or where your input was incomplete or incorrect, we may offer a retry once you submit materially improved or corrected material. A retry is often faster than a refund and gets you the read you came for.

05When you're eligible for a refund

We will refund or re-deliver your report if:

  • it was not delivered within 24 hours of your completed submission;
  • it arrived with a technical error that made it unreadable or incomplete;
  • the analysis clearly failed to run — for example, it returned blank sections.

06When refunds don't apply

Refunds are not available where:

  • the report was successfully generated and delivered;
  • the report was delivered in compact mode based on the material you submitted;
  • you disagree with the interpretation, but the read is based on what you submitted.

A report is an objective read of your input — we can't adjust its findings to preference. If you're unsure, review the sample reads before ordering.

07How to request a refund

Email hello@reloop.me within 14 days of delivery, including the email used at checkout, the product purchased, and the report link if you have it. We aim to respond quickly and process eligible refunds to your original payment method.

08Your EU withdrawal right

As an EU / EEA consumer you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because a ReLoop report is a digital service generated on request, by asking us to begin immediately you acknowledge that this right is lost once the report has been fully generated and delivered.
