Report delivery
After payment and form submission, ReLoop processes the submitted material and generates the selected report. Most reports are delivered by email with a private report link.
During beta, delivery times may vary. The expected delivery window is usually 24–48 hours after both payment and required material have been received.
If you paid but did not complete the form
If you completed payment but did not submit the required CV, profile, or job description, ReLoop cannot generate the report yet.
In this case, we may send a reminder, help reconnect your payment with your form submission, or issue a refund if no material is submitted within the eligible refund window.
If you submitted the wrong file or information
If you uploaded the wrong CV, job description, or profile material, contact us as soon as possible. If processing has not started yet, we can usually replace the submitted material.
If processing has already started or the report has already been generated, we may offer one retry depending on the situation.
Examples of correctable submission issues
- wrong CV uploaded;
- incomplete CV submitted by mistake;
- wrong job description pasted;
- payment email and form email do not match;
- duplicate form submission.
Compact reports
Sometimes the submitted material is valid, but does not contain enough structure for a full report. In that case, ReLoop may generate a compact version of the report.
A compact report is not a failed report. It means the material had enough signal for analysis, but not enough evidence for a full-length report. Compact reports focus on the strongest available signals and avoid over-interpreting weak material.
Examples that may lead to a compact report
- very short CV or limited role detail;
- missing dates, employers, outcomes, or responsibilities;
- job description with vague responsibilities;
- missing salary, location, reporting line, or team information;
- generic or AI-padded job description;
- insufficient evidence for some sections.
Failed report generation
In some cases, ReLoop may not be able to generate a responsible report. This happens when the submitted material is not usable for the selected product.
Examples
- the file is not a CV or job description;
- the submitted text is too short;
- the document contains several different people or roles;
- the uploaded file is unreadable;
- the CV and submitted identity details do not match;
- the input is only a link, without actual job description text;
- the material does not contain enough professional evidence.
If this happens, you will receive an email explaining why the report could not be generated.
Retry policy
If a report cannot be generated because the submitted material is incomplete or incorrect, ReLoop may allow up to two automated retries.
A retry is useful when you submit materially improved or corrected input. Submitting the same incomplete material again may lead to the same result and may not qualify for further retries.
Examples of meaningful retry changes
- a longer CV with clearer role descriptions;
- added dates, employers, responsibilities, or outcomes;
- corrected identity mismatch;
- full job description text instead of only a link;
- correct file uploaded.
Refund policy
Because ReLoop reports are digital services generated from submitted user material, refunds are handled based on processing status.

| The report was generated in compact mode | Not automatically refundable. Compact mode means ReLoop produced the safest responsible version based on available material. |
What ReLoop reports do not guarantee
ReLoop reports are evidence-based interpretation tools. They do not guarantee job interviews, job offers, hiring decisions, salary increases, promotion outcomes, legal advice, financial advice, or recruitment services.
Reports may contain imperfect interpretations, especially when the submitted material is incomplete or unclear. If something in your report seems incorrect, contact us with the specific section and the reason you believe it is inaccurate.
Data deletion requests
You may request deletion of personal data related to your report by email. Please include the email used for purchase, the report ID if available, the product purchased, and your deletion request.
Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, or accounting reasons.
