Cookies Policy
What cookies ReLoop uses.
Last updated: May 2026 · Applies to reloop.me
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They can help a site function, remember choices, support security, process payments, or measure site performance.
Some cookies are set directly by ReLoop or Squarespace. Others may be set by third-party services when you interact with checkout, forms, embedded content, or external links.
2. Types of cookies we may use
| Type | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Needed for website security, basic functionality, session integrity, checkout flow, and form operation. | Usually required and cannot be disabled through the site without affecting functionality. |
| Functional | Remember choices such as cookie preferences or support basic site continuity. | May be enabled as part of site functionality. |
| Analytics / performance | Help us understand page visits, technical performance, and product interest, if analytics tools are enabled. | Used only where enabled and, where required, based on consent. |
| Advertising / retargeting | Used to show ads or track behaviour across sites. | ReLoop does not currently use these intentionally. |
3. Cookies used by the website platform
ReLoop is hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace may set cookies and similar technologies for security, session management, consent preferences, basic analytics, and site operation.
Examples of Squarespace-related cookies may include:
| Cookie | Type | Purpose | Set by |
|---|---|---|---|
| crumb | Essential | Security token used to help prevent cross-site request forgery. | Squarespace |
| ss_cookieAllowed | Functional | Remembers your cookie consent choice. | Squarespace |
| ss_cid | Functional / analytics | Visitor/session identifier used by Squarespace site functionality or analytics. | Squarespace |
| ss_cvr | Functional / analytics | Visitor cohort or visit-related information used by Squarespace functionality or analytics. | Squarespace |
| ss_cvisit | Functional / analytics | Visit session information used by Squarespace functionality or analytics. | Squarespace |
4. Third-party services
Some ReLoop flows use third-party services. These services may set their own cookies or collect technical data when you interact with them.
- Stripe — payment processing, checkout, fraud prevention, receipts, and refund handling. Stripe may set cookies or similar technologies when you use payment links or checkout.
- Tally — report submission forms. Tally may use cookies or similar technologies to operate forms and prevent abuse.
- Squarespace — website hosting, site functionality, forms, analytics, and consent tools depending on configuration.
- Analytics tools — if tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, or similar are added later, this policy and the cookie consent setup should be updated before or at activation.
5. What ReLoop does not currently use intentionally
At the current beta stage, ReLoop does not intentionally use:
- retargeting cookies;
- advertising pixels;
- cross-site behavioural advertising profiles;
- cookies that sell or share personal data for advertising purposes.
If this changes, this policy should be updated and, where required, consent should be collected before non-essential tracking is activated.
6. Managing cookies
You can control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Deleting essential cookies may affect site functionality, checkout, forms, or saved consent preferences.
7. Related policies
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy if ReLoop changes website tools, analytics, advertising settings, payment flows, forms, or hosting configuration.
