The website is available at reloop.me.

ReLoop provides digital analytical reports generated from user-submitted professional material, such as CVs, LinkedIn/profile text, job descriptions, or role descriptions.

• Profile Intel analyzes a professional profile, CV, or career background.
• Role Intel analyzes a job description or role description.
• Profile × Role Fit compares profile material with role material and may be limited or beta-only during launch.

ReLoop reports are digital services and analytical outputs. They do not constitute legal, financial, recruitment, employment law, or career coaching advice.

3. Ordering and payment

Orders are placed through payment links or checkout flows made available on reloop.me. Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor.

After payment, the user may be asked to submit the material required for the selected product. ReLoop cannot generate a report until the required material is received.

Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. VAT treatment is applied in accordance with applicable Romanian and EU law. Where applicable, VAT is included or calculated during checkout.

4. Delivery

Reports are usually delivered by email with a private report link. During beta, most reports are delivered within 24–48 hours after both payment and required material have been received.

Delivery may take longer where submitted material is incomplete, incorrect, unreadable, mismatched, or technically difficult to process.

5. Refunds, retries, and failed generation

Refund eligibility depends on processing status, delivery status, and the reason a report could not be generated or delivered.

ReLoop may offer a retry where the submitted material was incomplete or incorrect and the user submits materially improved or corrected input.

A compact report is not a failed report. It means ReLoop generated the safest responsible version based on the available material.

When contacting support, include the email used at checkout, the product purchased, and the report ID or report link if available.

7. Consumer information and alternative dispute resolution

If you are a consumer, you may contact ReLoop first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

Consumers in Romania may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection — ANPC.

The European Commission’s former Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued as of 20 July 2025. Consumers seeking EU consumer redress information may consult the European Commission’s Consumer Redress in the EU resources.

8. Consumer withdrawal rights

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions.

Because ReLoop reports are digital services generated after you submit material, delivery may begin before the end of the withdrawal period only where you request or consent to immediate performance, where required by law.

Where applicable, once the digital service has been fully performed and the report has been delivered, the right of withdrawal may be lost.

9. Privacy and AI use

ReLoop uses AI-assisted workflows to generate reports from submitted material. Reports are based on the information provided by the user and may contain imperfect interpretations when source material is incomplete or unclear.

10. Intellectual property

The ReLoop brand, report structures, templates, taxonomy, methodology, product logic, and website content are the intellectual property of RÂDEM GLUMIM S.R.L. or its licensors.

Reports are provided for the purchaser’s personal or professional use. They may not be resold, scraped, republished, copied commercially, or reverse-engineered without written permission.
