02The website & our services

The website is available at reloop.me. ReLoop.me provides digital analytical reports generated from user-submitted professional material:

Profile Intel — reads a CV, LinkedIn profile, or professional history;
Role Intel — reads a job description or role description;
Role × Profile Intel — compares a profile with a role; in development and may be limited or unavailable during beta.

Reports are analytical outputs. They do not constitute legal, financial, recruitment, employment-law, or career-coaching advice. The service is offered to customers in the EU / EEA.

03Private Beta pricing

During private beta, reports are offered for free to interested users.
Beta trials require users to submit the input required for each preferred type of report; we cannot generate a report until that material is received.

Private beta trials are available for free, in exchange of optional feedback and anonymized user statistics. All info collected in private beta will be used for product calibration.

04Delivery

Reports are delivered by email with a private report link, normally within 24 hours of receiving your completed submission. Delivery may take longer where submitted material is incomplete, unreadable, or mismatched. For delayed delivery, compact reports, failed reports, retries, and refunds, see Delivery.

05Retries & failed reports

A compact report is a responsible read of limited material, not a failed report. Refunds are not automatic where a report was successfully generated and delivered, or where you disagree with an interpretation based on the material you submitted. Full detail is in our Terms of Service and Delivery Terms.

06Your report: sharing & how long it stays live

Your report sits at a unique, private, and unlisted sharable link — once shared, a Role Intel or Profile Intel link is indexable by search engines and AI assistants — visible to others ONLY if you choose to share it, including on LinkedIn. Each link stays live for up to 3 months from delivery and can be beleted by its owner. If you need assistance with your link report, just say so at hello@reloop.me. See Terms and Privacy for detail.

For delivery issues, product questions, report access, data requests, or support, contact hello@reloop.me. Please include the email used at checkout, the product tested, and the report link if available.

08Consumer information & dispute resolution

If you are a consumer, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Consumers in Romania may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC):

The European Commission's former Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.

09Consumer withdrawal rights

If you are an EU / EEA consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions. Because ReLoop reports are a digital service generated after you submit material, by requesting immediate performance you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the report has been fully generated and delivered. See Terms of Service for the full wording.

10Privacy & AI use

ReLoop uses AI-assisted workflows to generate reports from submitted material; outputs are analytical and may be imperfect where source material is unclear. For data protection, see the Privacy Policy; for AI-assisted processing, see the AI Use Policy.

11Intellectual property & operator

ReLoop.me is operated during its private beta by ReLoop.me (pending legal registration) in baza unui acord de licențiere. The ReLoop brand, report structures, templates, taxonomy, methodology, product logic, and website content are intellectual property of ReLoop and its founder, made available to the current operator to operate during the private beta. Reports are for the purchaser's personal or professional use and may not be resold, scraped, republished, copied commercially, or reverse-engineered without written permission.
