02The website & our services

The website is available at reloop.me. ReLoop.me is a capability intelligence platform. It provides digital analytical reports generated from user-submitted professional material:

Profile Intel — reads a CV, LinkedIn profile, or professional history;
Role Intel — reads a job description or role description;
Role × Profile Intel — compares a profile with a role; in development and may be limited or unavailable during beta.

Reports are analytical outputs. They do not constitute legal, financial, recruitment, employment-law, or career-coaching advice. ReLoop.me reads the document, not the person: it does not screen, rank, or score candidates on anyone's behalf. The service is offered to customers in the EU / EEA.

03Ordering, prices & payment

Orders are placed through the Stripe checkout on reloop.me. After payment, you submit the material required for your report; we cannot generate a report until that material is received.

Prices are shown in euro and are final: Profile Intel €19 and Role Intel €7, each a one-time payment. ZORRI S.R.L. is currently registered under the Romanian small-enterprise regime (art. 310 Cod fiscal) and is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added at checkout. If VAT registration becomes applicable, the prices shown will not change and VAT will be stated on the invoice.

An invoice is issued for every order and sent to the email address used at checkout.

04Delivery

Reports are delivered by email with a private report link, normally within 24 hours of receiving your completed submission — often much sooner. Delivery may take longer where submitted material is incomplete, unreadable, or mismatched. For delayed delivery, compact reports, failed reports, retries, and refunds, see Delivery & Refunds.

05Refunds, retries & failed reports

Refund eligibility depends on processing status, delivery status, and the reason a report could not be generated or delivered. We may offer a retry where submitted material was incomplete or incorrect and you provide materially improved input. A compact report is a responsible read of limited material, not a failed report. Refunds are not automatic where a report was successfully generated and delivered, or where you disagree with an interpretation based on the material you submitted. 06Your report: sharing & how long it stays live

Your report sits at a private, randomised link. It carries a no-index instruction, so search engines do not list it and there is no public directory — it becomes visible to others only if you choose to share the link, including with a hiring team or on LinkedIn. Each link stays live for up to 3 months from delivery, and can be removed sooner on request at hello@reloop.me. See Terms and Privacy for detail.

For delivery issues, refund questions, report access, data requests, or support, contact hello@reloop.me. Please include the email used at checkout, the product purchased, and the report link if available.

08Consumer information & dispute resolution

If you are a consumer, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Consumers in Romania may also contact the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC):

09Consumer withdrawal rights

If you are an EU / EEA consumer, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts, subject to legal exceptions. Because ReLoop.me reports are a digital service generated after you submit material, by requesting immediate performance at checkout you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once the report has been fully generated and delivered. See Terms of Service for the full wording.

10Privacy & AI use

ReLoop.me uses AI-assisted workflows to generate reports from submitted material; outputs are analytical and may be imperfect where source material is unclear. For data protection, see the Privacy Policy; for AI-assisted processing, see the AI Use Policy.

11Intellectual property & operator

ReLoop.me is operated by ZORRI S.R.L., whose administrator is Ligia Gheba (Adam), founder of ReLoop.me. The ReLoop.me brand, report structures, templates, taxonomy, methodology, product logic, and website content are the intellectual property of ReLoop.me and its founder. Reports are for the purchaser's personal or professional use and may not be resold, scraped, republished, copied commercially, or reverse-engineered without written permission.
