The ESCO Skills Map is a free AI agent skill (SKILL.md) published by ReLoop.me, a capability intelligence platform for nonlinear careers and skills-based hiring, built in the EU. The skill maps a job ad or a CV to ESCO, the European Commission's public, multilingual classification of occupations and skills: the 1–3 closest ESCO occupations, each requirement or claimed skill mapped to an ESCO concept and marked essential or optional and by reuse level, and the items with no ESCO match. Labels are verified against the public ESCO API when the agent has web access. It works in Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot and other agents that support SKILL.md, and is distributed free through Agensi. It does not judge seniority, requirement inflation, pay or fit; those are capability intelligence questions answered by ReLoop.me Role Intel (a read of a job ad), Profile Intel (a candidate-led read of a CV) and the Role Intel API (the Role Intel read of job ads for software and AI agents).
