How this profile reads — vs what the evidence supports
CV reads as

Two years out for a parental break, three sectors, a generalist title — reads as a coordinator who job-hops.

Actual read

An operator who delivers cross-functional digital work without a dedicated team.

Traditional hiring often treats breaks, pivots, and mixed-sector experience as risk. Profile Intel separates non-recency from lost capability, and pattern from noise.

How Profile Intel works

It reads evidence,
not self-description.

Profile Intel reads your CV, LinkedIn, or career notes in layers — what the evidence actually signals, not what the wording claims. Independent, structured, human-calibrated. No flattery — it flags over- and under-claiming.

Extracts your real career pattern
Your CV language is stripped back to roles, scope, outcomes, transitions, and evidence.
Maps your professional capability signal
Your work becomes levelled capabilities — Emerging to Distinctive — not generic skills or keywords.
Compares evidence versus claims
Strong signals, partial claims, claims too thin to support, and market misreads are labelled clearly. Non-linearity is read, never penalised.
Shows what to improve next
You receive your profile type, capability map, pay context, positioning angles, and next move.

What IT IS — WHAT IT ISN'T

A calibrated, independent read — Not a guarantee. Not career advice. Not a CV rewrite.
No flattery. Where the evidence is thin, the report says so. Non-linearity is acknowledged, not penalised.

Not FOR YOU IF you want a rewritten CV, a job offer, motivational coaching — or only good news.

Why now

The market reads your profile before it understands your career.

CVs are optimised. Screening is automated. Hiring teams scan fast. Profile Intel shows what your professional evidence actually signals — before it's flattened into title, keyword, or timeline logic.

Everybody is using AI
CVs are optimised, screening is AI-automated — hiring is flooded with inflation, and real capability is missed because of title, keyword, or timeline mismatch.
Pay can't hide anymore
EU pay-transparency is here to stay. Walk in knowing your market value — not hoping the range is fair.

Both sides of the job market need
interpretation they can trust.

Neutrality — reads evidence, not self-description AI-powered, Human-calibrated Independent trust layer between the two sides of the job market

Profile Intel is built for any profile that is about to be judged — especially the non-linear profiles automated screening misreads on title, keyword and timeline: career breaks, pivots, fractional and portfolio work, cross-sector moves, and founder chapters. Where the market assumption sees a gap as a blank space, Profile Intel reads non-recency rather than lost capability. A pivot is read as transferable capability across roles and contexts; fractional work as a demand pattern of who trusted the person, for what, repeatedly; a cross-sector move as the same skill pattern under new labels; and a founder chapter as operator capability built under real ownership and risk. Every misread becomes a layer of the paid report: Career Trajectory, Transferability, Profile Type, Capability Map, Operating Style, Claims vs Evidence, and Action Plan.

Who Profile Intel is for

A gap isn't a blank space. It's evolution.

Work rarely moves in a straight line anymore — breaks, pivots, freelance or portfolio work, founder chapters, cross-sector jumps. Old systems read them as risk.
Profile Intel reads capability, not chronology. And you don't need a dramatic career story to use it — Profile Intel is for any profile about to be judged: by a recruiter, hiring manager, client, investor, or AI screen.

Questions

Straight answers before you buy.

Will it rewrite my CV?
No. Profile Intel reads how your evidence actually lands — it doesn't rewrite it. You get what to lead with, where the misreads are, and how to position. The rewriting stays yours, and becomes far easier with the read in hand.
Can't I just ask ChatGPT?
For a rough first read, yes — try the free framework on The Read. What the paid version adds is calibration a general model can't reach: pay ranges tuned to a real market, a fixed vocabulary comparable across verified profiles, and a human quality review. And a self-generated read carries no weight with anyone else — an independent third-party read does.
Is my CV safe?
Yes. Your CV, LinkedIn, or career notes are used only to generate your report — never published, never resold, never used to train public AI models. Your report lives at a private link only you hold, and you can ask for deletion at any time. GDPR-first, built in the EU. Details in the privacy policy.
What if my career is non-linear?
Then this was built for you. Breaks, pivots, portfolio chapters and sector moves are read as what they are — non-recency, transferability, a demand pattern — never penalised by default. Where there's a real gap, the report names it honestly and shows how to bridge it; where the market is simply misreading you, it names that too.
How fast is it?
Same day. One CV, LinkedIn profile, or set of career notes in — one structured private brief back, delivered as a link, with a PDF.
What's the difference from Role Intel?
Profile Intel reads you — the professional profile. Role Intel reads the job. Same framework, opposite side of the table.
