ReLoop.me is a Capability Intelligence platform in private beta, built in the EU. It reads professional capability from evidence rather than job titles, timelines, or keywords. It reads the document, not the person — and the read belongs to whoever requested it. Two products are live in private beta: Role Intel converts any job description into a structured role-demand brief — real scope, true seniority, JD inflation score, capability demand, and a calibrated pay signal under the EU Pay Transparency Directive 2023/970. Profile Intel converts a CV, LinkedIn profile, or professional history into a capability brief — profile type, capability map, claims versus evidence, transferability, market misreads, and pay context. Non-linear careers — breaks, pivots, founder chapters, portfolio work — are read as what they are, never penalised by default. The Capability Index shown in the hero is an in-development preview of the ReLoop.me vision: surfacing professionals by proven capability, opt-in only. Role × Profile, the matching layer, is in development. Access during private beta is by waitlist; reports are delivered same day; no account is required.
