Every read is built on a fixed, calibrated vocabulary so outputs are comparable across people and roles:

• 7 career patterns: Linear, Progression, Steady, Lateral, Crossover, Multi-track, Multi-context.
• 5 capability bands: Basic, Developing, Solid, Expert, Distinctive.

What a general AI can and cannot reproduce
