AI Policy
How ReLoop uses AI.
Last updated: May 2026 · Applies to all ReLoop digital reports and services
1. What this policy explains
This AI Policy explains how ReLoop uses AI-assisted tools to generate reports, what the system does and does not do, what limitations apply, and how users can ask questions or request review.
This policy should be read together with the Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Refunds & Delivery Issues.
2. How AI is used
When you submit a CV, profile text, job description, or role material, ReLoop may use AI-assisted workflows to process the submitted material and generate a structured report.
AI may be used to:
- extract professional or role signals from submitted material;
- identify career patterns, capability patterns, and transferability signals;
- identify structural issues in job descriptions, such as vague scope, mis-leveling, or overloaded roles;
- draft report sections based on the submitted material;
- apply consistency checks, quality checks, vocabulary gates, and evidence checks;
- support salary and market interpretation based on role scope, location, and available benchmark logic.
3. What AI does not do
4. Human role and review
ReLoop is designed as a decision-support and interpretation product. It provides structured analysis that a person can read, question, and use as one input among others.
Users can contact ReLoop to ask questions about a report, flag a clear factual error, or request review of a specific section. During beta, some cases may include manual review or manual support, especially where delivery, failed generation, or input quality issues arise.
5. Accuracy and limitations
ReLoop reports are based on the material you submit. A sparse, outdated, vague, incomplete, inaccurate, or AI-padded CV or job description may produce a lower-confidence or compact report.
AI-assisted systems can make mistakes. They can misread context, over-weight visible evidence, under-read missing context, or produce imperfect phrasing. ReLoop uses structured prompts, quality gates, evidence checks, and delivery gates to reduce these risks, but no report should be treated as final authority.
Use ReLoop reports as analytical support, not as a substitute for human judgment or professional advice.
6. Compact and failed reports
If submitted material is valid but thin, ReLoop may generate a compact report. Compact mode means the system found enough signal to analyze responsibly, but not enough evidence for a full report.
If submitted material is unusable, mismatched, unreadable, or not suitable for the selected product, ReLoop may fail report generation and offer a retry path where appropriate.
For details, see Refunds & Delivery Issues.
7. AI providers and data use
ReLoop may use API-based AI providers, including Anthropic / Claude or similar providers, to process submitted material and generate reports.
Where possible, ReLoop uses API or business configurations designed not to use submitted customer content for model training by default. Provider-specific processing, logging, retention, abuse monitoring, and data-use rules are governed by the provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
For more detail about processors, retention, report hosting, and data rights, see the Privacy Policy.
8. Salary and market interpretation
Some ReLoop reports include salary estimates, market benchmarks, pay transparency notes, or negotiation anchors. These are generated from role scope signals, location, seniority logic, and available benchmark assumptions.
They are estimates, not employer salary disclosures, financial advice, legal advice, or guarantees of what any employer will offer. ReLoop does not require prior salary history to generate reports.
9. EU AI Act position
The EU AI Act establishes a risk-based framework for AI systems used in the European Union. ReLoop monitors applicable obligations as they come into force.
ReLoop reports are designed as analytical support tools. They do not automatically decide whether someone is hired, rejected, promoted, compensated, shortlisted, or ranked.
10. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for submitting accurate, lawful, and relevant material. Do not submit personal data about another person unless you have the right to do so.
Users should not present ReLoop reports as official hiring decisions, legal assessments, financial advice, or certified employment suitability assessments.
11. Feedback and errors
If your report contains a clear factual error, failed section, broken link, wrong-language output, or a significant misread of the submitted material, contact us at hello@reloop.me.
Include the report link or report ID, the product purchased, and the specific section you are referring to. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, may offer a retry, correction, or support response.

13. Changes to this policy
We may update this AI Policy as ReLoop products, providers, workflows, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page.
