For organisations — ReLoop.me · Role Intel B2B pilot

ReLoop.me for organisations. ReLoop.me is building the capability intelligence layer for professional work — turning CVs, roles and eventually teams into comparable, evidence-anchored capability signals. For organisations it starts with the role: Role Intel reads a job description as capability demand — real scope, true seniority, JD inflation, required capabilities, and an estimated pay signal with every assumption stated. B2B design pilots are open for Q4 2026 for organisations with active hiring or job-architecture work: 10 to 50 job descriptions, capability extraction, scope and seniority review, pay-signal analysis, consistency analysis across roles and structured feedback. Use cases: job-description audits, pay-range reasoning, role architecture, levelling consistency, job-family consistency and preparation for skills-based hiring. Built for HR and People teams, talent acquisition, compensation and rewards, HR transformation, founders and hiring leaders. The EU Pay Transparency Directive (EU) 2023/970 is relevant context: it asks for pay structures based on skills, effort, responsibility and working conditions, and gives applicants the pay range before the interview. Role Intel is analysis, not a job-evaluation system or a compliance certificate; pay figures are estimates. ReLoop.me does not rank, screen, score or shortlist candidates or employees for employers, and B2B Role Intel needs no candidate data. Employers can also sponsor opt-in Profile Intel reads for employees; the report goes only to the employee, who decides whether to share it. Sponsored code packs are priced at 179 euro for 10 codes, 399 euro for 25 and 699 euro for 50, against a retail price of 19 euro per Profile Intel report; larger packs are quoted. For NGOs, social enterprises and public or EU-funded employment, reskilling and returner programmes, an Impact pilot starts at 300 euro: 15 sponsored Profile Intel codes for participants, 3 Role Intel reads of the programme's own roles and a 30-minute read-through; larger cohorts are discussed directly. Design partners are helping shape Profile × Role and Team Capability Intel, both in development. Pilots are quoted directly: hello@reloop.me. ReLoop.me is operated by ZORRI S.R.L., Bucharest, Romania, EU.

A title is a claim. The role is the evidence.

Role Intel starts with the document your organisation already has — the job description — and reads what it actually asks for.

Is the seniority consistent with the responsibilities?

Most hiring systems optimise the workflow around jobs and candidates. ReLoop.me focuses on the representation of capability underneath that workflow.

Why now · The context

The salary range now goes out before the interview.

Directive (EU) 2023/970 is in force. When a range is published, the reasoning behind it gets asked about. Role Intel gives you a structured read of what the role demands to start that reasoning from. It is analysis, not a compliance certificate.

Directive (EU) 2023/970 · in force
Art. 4
Pay structures should allow the value of work to be assessed on objective, gender-neutral criteria — skills, effort, responsibility and working conditions, including relevant soft skills.
Art. 5
Applicants have the right to receive the initial pay or its range, based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, before the interview.

In practice: many teams still price a role from the last hire and a market average. Once the range is public, the criteria behind it become part of the conversation.

How the pilot runs

Three steps, one conversation.

1
Pick 10–50 roles
Roles you are about to post, re-level or re-band — ideally including one where the pay band is still an argument. We agree the scope together.
2
We read them
Each role gets a Role Intel read: scope, true seniority, inflation, capability demand and a pay signal with every assumption named — plus a consistency view across the set.
3
Calibrate together
Pay signals are estimates until checked against your own pay data. We review them with you and return structured feedback.
Job-ad audit · Priced per batch

Every job ad you post, read line by line.

A standalone audit of the job ads you're about to post or have already posted — scope, true seniority, JD inflation, capability demand and a pay signal for each one, built on the same Role Intel read used in the pilot above, plus a single consistency summary across the batch. No candidate data. One report, one invoice.

A single Role Intel read costs €7 and serves one person, one ad. The audit is the organisation-wide read: every ad on one framework, one consistency summary, one invoice — and the per-ad price falls as the batch grows. Tell us your volume and we'll confirm scope and timeline.

What organisations use Role Intel for

One product. Six use cases.

Role Intel reads a job description — the document itself. Never the person behind an application, and never a verdict on your company. It returns a neutral report: scope, true seniority, an inflation score, the capability demand, and a pay signal.

Pay-range reasoningPay transparency context

Publish a pay range you can explain — not one you improvised.

A range that goes to applicants before the interview will be asked about. Role Intel returns a net-aware pay signal with every assumption stated, next to the capability demand the role carries — the reasoning, not just the number. Candidates, works councils and managers can ask "why this range?"; every finding carries the evidence it rests on.

Outcome: a range with its reasoning written down.Reads: capability demand · pay signal · named assumptions
Job-description auditsBefore posting

Calibrate the JD before it goes live.

Is the role realistic, or has it grown into a 7-in-1? Inflation score, role-type mismatch and a capability-demand map show what the JD actually asks for — and what won't attract applications.

Outcome: a JD that attracts the right pipeline.Reads: scope · seniority · inflation
Role architectureScoping new roles

Test a role idea before it becomes a posting.

Founders, hiring managers, talent ops: drop the rough scope in and see what one seat can actually carry, where capability stacks unrealistically, and what pay signal it supports.

Outcome: a role you can actually hire for.Reads: realism · capability demand · pay
Levelling consistencyAcross teams

Does "Senior" mean the same thing everywhere?

Read several roles with the same framework and see where titles and levels drift apart from the scope and responsibility the job descriptions actually describe.

Outcome: levels that match the work.Reads: seniority vs. title · scope
Job-family consistencyAcross roles

Keep a job family coherent.

Roles in the same family should ask for related capability at increasing levels. Role Intel shows where a family's requirements, scope or pay signals don't line up.

Outcome: a family that reads as one ladder.Reads: capability demand · level · pay
Skills-based hiringRecruiter briefs

Brief recruiters with capability demand.

Recruiters work better against capability targets than against paragraph job descriptions. Role Intel gives both sides of the brief the same structured layer, so the search starts from capability, not keywords.

Outcome: a shorter loop, a sharper search.Reads: capability demand · pay · archetype
For NGOs, social enterprises & employment programmes · Impact pilot

The same read, for the people who get misread most.

Returners, career changers, people leaving a restructuring, first-generation professionals: the profiles your programme serves are the ones hiring systems read worst. The Impact pilot gives each participant their own Profile Intel read — private, in their language — and reads your programme's own roles with Role Intel, so what you ask for matches what you teach.

Reskilling & returner programmes

Each participant sees what their record already demonstrates, where it gets misread, and the language to counter it — before the first application, not after the tenth rejection.

Outplacement & transition support

People leaving a restructuring get an independent read of transferable capability and a market-value estimate with its assumptions named — owned by them, not by the employer that let them go.

Programme roles and partners

Role Intel reads the roles your programme prepares people for, or the ones partner employers post: scope, true seniority, inflation — so the training target is a real role, not a wishlist.

Independent HR expert · after testing Role Intel
"The Role Intel test was particularly useful in demonstrating the value of translating a conventional job description into a more structured capability view. It identified the dual nature of the role and distinguished core requirements from desirable experience, broadly how I would interpret it as an HR professional."

What ReLoop.me will NOT do for you

The EU AI Act lists these uses of AI in hiring and at work as high-risk. ReLoop.me is built to stay out of them:

(a) AI systems intended to be used for the recruitment or selection of natural persons, in particular to place targeted job advertisements, to analyse and filter job applications, and to evaluate candidates;

(b) AI systems intended to be used to make decisions affecting terms of work-related relationships, the promotion or termination of work-related contractual relationships, to allocate tasks based on individual behaviour or personal traits or characteristics or to monitor and evaluate the performance and behaviour of persons in such relationships.

Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act), Annex III, point 4 — Employment, workers' management and access to self-employment

ReLoop.me starts with the role.

Role Intel reads job descriptions. It needs no candidate data, and it never reads the people behind an application.

No ranking. No screening.

ReLoop.me does not rank, score, match, screen or shortlist candidates or employees for an employer. A sponsored Profile Intel read belongs to the employee.

Decisions stay human.

Every report is decision support, with the evidence behind each finding. Decisions about roles, pay and people stay with you.
